Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure hassle-free check-in and check-out processes, managing guest registrations and room allocations effectively
• Supervise and develop front desk staff, fostering a collaborative work environment with the Facility Manager
• Deliver the highest standards of customer experience by handling guest requests, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Ensure adherence to all hotel policies and cleanliness standards in collaboration with the housekeeping team
• Maintain and nurture business relationships with regular corporate clients and local community leaders
