Solar Trainer

●      Following the predefined

session plan while delivering training to the identified candidates who will

be undertaking the course

●      Developing skills and

knowledge  for self and incoming

candidates on the identified subjects based on the curriculum that is

designed

●      Preparing learners to face

interviews confidently

●      Conducting concurrent

assessments as per the plan to continue to measure the progress of the

students

●      Maintaining data with

respect to training and related activities

●      Participating in center

activities (such as organizing Parents' meet, doing retention follow-up,

collecting training feedback etc.) along with the other staff members to make

the center successful

Education

qualification: Diploma in Electronics with at least 1-2 years of experience in Solar

Panel Installation Technician

Work

experience:1-2

years of Industrial or Trainer experience in Solar Panel Installation

Technician

Technical

skills:

●      Knowledge about different

Solar components, installation, assembly and basic maintenance

●      Knowledge about site survey

and layout requirement

●      Must have hands-on experience in the installation and effective

working of the solar panels, including working knowledge of basic electrical

wiring, work procedures, and safety standards

Soft skills:

●      Excellent communication

skills (written and verbal)

●      Expertise in simplifying

topics and working with students from marginalised backgrounds

●      Ability to work with teams

●      High problem-solving and

time-management skills

●      The individual must be

willing to work in the field and travel through the day from one customer’s

premise to another.
