Position:  VMC / CNC Operator 

Eligibility:

• Gender: Male Candidates Only
• Age Limit: 18 to 32 Years

Salary:

• 25% Hike on current salary (Payslip required for verification)

Job Responsibilities & Skills Required:

1. Ability to read 2D drawings accurately.
2. Experience in setting and operating VMC machines.
3. Hands-on experience with FANUC Control systems.
4. Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
5. Ability to work with tight tolerances (5 to 10 microns).
6. Knowledge of taking work offsets using dial indicator or edge finder.
7. Knowledge of taking tool offsets using presetter (training will be provided).
8. Knowledge of 2D programming; 3D programming will be an added advantage.
9. Understanding of D Value (Diameter Compensation Value).
10. Experience using precision instruments such as:

• Vernier Caliper
• Micrometer
• Bore Gauge
• Height Gauge
• Pin Gauge
• Slip Gauges

1. Knowledge of G Codes and M Codes.
2. Ability to edit machine programs.
3. Basic maintenance knowledge of VMC machines.
4. Filling daily production log sheets and stage inspection sheets.

• Minimum experience in VMC/CNC machine operation preferred.
