3D Visualizer

Prakalp Nirmaan is looking for a creative and skilled 3D Visualizer to transform architectural concepts and 2D layouts into photorealistic 3D renders and animations. You will work closely with our design and architecture teams to bring residential and commercial projects to life before construction begins.

• Key Responsibilities & Tasks: 3D Modelling & Rendering: Convert 2D CAD drawings and mood boards into high-quality, photorealistic interior and exterior 3D renders.
• Texturing & Lighting: Apply realistic materials, textures, and accurate architectural lighting to create depth, mood, and realism.
• Animations & Walkthroughs: Develop smooth, immersive 3D fly-throughs and walkthrough videos for client presentations.
• Post-Production: Enhance final renders using Photoshop to adjust color balance, lighting, and add atmospheric elements.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with architects and interior designers to ensure design intent and spatial dimensions are accurately represented.
• RequirementsSoftware Mastery: Proficient in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and rendering engines like V-Ray or Corona.
• Post-Processing: Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing high-end architectural visualization is required.
