Account Executive (Accounting)

Maintain Books of Accounts — Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries in Tally/ERP.

• Accounts Receivable & Payable — Track outstanding payments, follow up with customers, and manage vendor bills.

• Bank Reconciliation — Perform monthly reconciliation of all bank accounts and cash books.

• GST Compliance — Prepare and assist in filing GSTR‑1, GSTR‑3B, and maintain input/output records.

• TDS Compliance — Track TDS deductions, prepare challans, and assist in quarterly returns.

• Payroll Support — Prepare salary sheets, maintain attendance data, and process reimbursements.

• Inventory Accounting — Coordinate with stores/production to maintain accurate stock and consumption records.

• Financial Reporting — Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet schedules, and MIS reports for management.

• Audit Support — Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors, prepare required documentation.

• Expense Control — Verify bills, vouchers, and ensure proper approvals and cost discipline.

• Documentation & Filing —Maintain organized records for compliance, banking, and internal use.
