Account Executive (Accounting)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, vendor payments, receivables, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST compliance, bank reconciliations, and accounting best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily books of accounts and ledger entries.

• Manage Accounts Payable vendor payments and Accounts Receivable customer collections.

• Record and verify purchase bills, sales invoices, expenses, and journal entries.

• Cross-check supplier invoices, rates, quantities, and supporting documents.

• Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

• Handle GST-related documentation, reconciliations, and coordination with the CA.

• Maintain accurate records in Tally Prime.

• Prepare monthly MIS reports and outstanding statements.

• Follow up on customer payments and vendor balances.

• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all financial records.

• Coordinate with management, sales, and operations teams for accounting requirements.

• Assist in audit preparation and provide required data to external CAs and auditors.

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of accounting experience.

• Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bookkeeping.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounts.

• Experience in construction, interiors, glass, fabrication, or project-based businesses will be preferred.
