ACCOUNTS MANAGER- Candidate Requirement Agreement & Evaluation ScorecardCompany: Melhor Group Real Estate DivisionPosition: Location: New Delhi/ North Goa1. Educational Qualifications
- Minimum MBA in Finance / Accounting / Strategy from a reputed institution.
- Additional qualifications like CMA preferred.
2. Professional Experience
- 510 years of proven experience in finance roles.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a real estate or hospitality real estate company (developer side).
- Experience in real estate project finance, taxation, compliances, MIS, costing, BOQs, and audit coordination.
- Must have hands-on experience in banking processes, project financing, and hotel funding transactions.
3. Technical & Domain Skills
- Accounting & Financial Systems: Proficient in Tally ERP, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Financial Management Systems: Strong working knowledge of ERP & AI-driven reporting/automation.
- Taxation & Compliance: Expert in GST, Income Tax, RERA, TDS, ROC filings, and Companies Act compliance.
- Audit Coordination: Ability to independently handle statutory/internal/project audits.
- Costing & MIS: Skilled in BOQ-based costing, budgeting, MIS preparation, fund flow statements, and variance analysis.
- Banking & Fundraising: Strong network with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for securing real estate & hotel project finance.
- Financial Planning: Adept in cash flow management, debt servicing, investor reporting, and risk management.

5. Key Deliverables / KRAs1. Ensure 100% compliance with taxation, ROC, and statutory laws.2. Deliver monthly MIS, BOQ-based costing reports, and variance analysis.3. Build and maintain banking relationships to secure project and hotel funding.4. Oversee cash flow, debt servicing, and financial risk analysis.5. Lead AI-driven automation of MIS and compliance systems.6. Coordinate across auditors, site finance teams, vendors, and management.7. Ensure timely closure of accounts and reconciliations.6.
