Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Bookkeeping Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliances, with a sound understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain books of accounts in accounting software (Tally/Busy/Zoho Books or similar).
  • Record day-to-day accounting transactions and reconcile bank accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain ledgers, journals, and financial records.
  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and reconcile GST data.
  • Compute and deposit TDS and prepare/file TDS returns.
  • Assist in Income Tax compliance, including advance tax workings, preparation of tax schedules, and coordination for return filing.
  • Perform periodic reconciliations of GST, TDS, debtors, creditors, and bank accounts.
