Role: Handle accounts, compliance & project costing for property office


Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Billing

Daily Tally entries, cash/bank, rent & maintenance collection

Rent invoices, receipt

sompliance

TDS deduction & TDS filing - Rent, Contractor, Professional payments

GST filing if applicable

Bank reconciliation & monthly MIS to owner

Property Specific


Property Sale/Purchase - Maintain sale deeds, buyer payments, profit calculation

Profit & Loss on property sale - Capital gain calculation & records

Maintain lease agreements, RERA docs if needed
