Job Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, ensure accuracy of reports, and support day-to-day accounting operations. The role involves preparing financial statements, maintaining compliance with regulations, and collaborating with internal teams to support business decisions.

An Accountant with strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial record management, including handling sales and purchase invoices. The candidate should have a good understanding of GST and TDS regulations, along with experience in core compliance requirements. Proficiency in preparing and maintaining MIS reports is essential, ensuring accurate financial tracking and timely reporting. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines are key for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and general ledger
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
• Support internal and external audits
• Maintain documentation and improve accounting processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• CPA or CMA certification
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
• Knowledge of tax preparation and filings
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
