Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts in Tally Prime, Busy, or similar accounting software.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and financial records.
- Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
- Calculate and file TDS/TCS returns and prepare Form 16/16A.
- Assist in Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation for individuals, firms, LLPs, and companies.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and MIS reports.
- Perform GST and TDS reconciliations.
- Coordinate with clients for accounting records and compliance documents.
- Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, GST audits, and internal audits.
- Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, and accounting entries.
- Liaise with government departments and portals such as the Income Tax Portal, GST Portal, MCA, TRACES, and PF/ESI portals whenever required.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory compliances and client deliverables.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of client records.
