Medvantage Solution LLP, a leading MedTech Organization of North India requires bold, aggressive and dashing Councillor for its ever growing team. Academic Counsellor – Roles & Responsibilities

• Counsel MBBS doctors and healthcare professionals regarding Medvantage Fellowship Programs.
• Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email enquiries.
• Explain course curriculum, clinical observership, eligibility, fee structure, and admission process.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and update the CRM regularly.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
• Build long-term relationships with prospective and enrolled learners.
• Stay updated on medical education trends and Medvantage offerings.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare or Education background preferred).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in education counselling, EdTech, healthcare, or sales is preferred.
• Comfortable with tele-counselling, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
• Willing to work from the office and handle admission-related responsibilities.
