Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing and purchases, maintaining proper bookkeeping records, and ensuring all customer documentation required for billing is complete and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day billing and purchase transactions
• Coordinate with customers to collect necessary documentation for billing
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
• Ensure proper bookkeeping in accounting software/systems
• Reconcile accounts and assist in financial reporting
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams for smooth invoicing and payment processing
Requirements:
• Proven experience in accounting or a related field
• Familiarity with accounting software Tally
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
