We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our growing team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Sales & Purchase entries in Tally

✅ Debtor & Creditor Reconciliation

✅ Bank Reconciliation

✅ Stock Reconciliation

✅ Prepare MIS Reports on Excel

✅ Maintaining accurate accounting records and supporting day-to-day financial operations

JD2

To manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support management with accurate financial reporting and controls.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting including books closure and finalization

Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

Handle GST compliance including:

o GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filing

o Reconciliation with GSTR-2B

o Responding to GST notices and departmental queries

Manage customer and vendor reconciliations for high-volume transactions

Oversee inventory accounting including inward-outward matching and stock valuation

Handle banking operations including BRS, coordination for LC, BG, and credit limits (if applicable)

Ensure TDS compliance including deductions, returns, and reconciliations

Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, consultants, and bankers

Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting policies

Review work of junior accountant and provide guidance

Prepare MIS reports including:

o Debtors ageing

o Credit exposure

o Margin and profitability analysis

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily banking operations under supervision

• Operate net banking portals for statements, balances, and basic transactions

• Assist in processing RTGS / NEFT / IMPS / Fund Transfers (FT)

• Maintain banking data in Excel and Google Sheets

• Coordinate with internal teams for documents and transaction updates

• Maintain transaction logs and banking reports
