Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in BUSY Accounting Software. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, GST compliance, invoicing, inventory accounting, bank reconciliations, and preparing financial reports.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records in BUSY Software.
• Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Prepare and manage GST invoices, e-invoices, and e-way bills.
• File GST returns and ensure tax compliance.
• Reconcile bank statements, customer ledgers, and vendor accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain inventory and stock records in BUSY.
• Generate financial reports including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, and Balance Sheet.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and management.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in BUSY Accounting Software.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in inventory accounting.
• Knowledge of payroll processing.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
