Job Description

Team Languages is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, converting inquiries into admissions, and guiding applicants throughout the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.

* Counsel students regarding Japanese language courses, study abroad opportunities, and career prospects.

* Explain course details, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures.

* Follow up with leads generated through calls, WhatsApp, website, and social media.

* Convert inquiries into successful admissions while achieving monthly targets.

* Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.

* Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

* Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

* Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, and promotional activities.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* 0–3 years of experience in Admissions, Education Counseling, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.

* Good convincing, negotiation, and counseling abilities.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.

* Ability to work in a target-oriented environment. These responsibilities are commonly expected for admission counseling roles. (Apna)
