Job Description:

Admission Parth is hiring passionate and energetic Admission Counsellors to guide students in selecting the right courses and career opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, counselling students and parents, making hot and cold calls, maintaining follow-ups, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student and parent enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins

• Make hot and cold calls for admission conversion and lead generation

• Provide complete information about courses, universities, fees, and admission procedures

• Counsel students according to their career goals and interests

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students

• Convert leads into successful admissions

• Maintain proper student records and admission data

• Coordinate with the management and academic team for smooth admission processing

• Achieve monthly admission targets

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Good counselling and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• CRM knowledge is preferred but not mandatory

• Ability to manage follow-ups professionally

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach

• Team handling and coordination skills

• Graduate or Undergraduate can apply
