Application Developer

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Mobile App Developer (Full-Stack) with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mobile application development and backend systems to join our growing tech team. You will be responsible for developing user-facing mobile applications, building scalable backend services, and delivering high-quality digital experiences that impact real users.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic startup environment, where you’ll play a critical role in shaping both product and technology. You’ll collaborate closely with our design, backend, and product teams to develop and maintain new features across our mobile platforms.

• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of professional experience in mobile app development.
• Strong experience with React Native (Expo experience is a plus).
• Experience building and maintaining backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Familiarity with MongoDB / MySQL databases.
• Experience integrating APIs, authentication systems, and third-party services.
• Understanding of Git workflows and deployment processes.
• Ability to debug, optimize performance, and maintain production applications.

ResponsibilitiesMobile App Development

• Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Develop responsive, performant, and scalable mobile interfaces for Android and iOS.
• Optimize app performance and user experience across devices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive mobile experiences.
• Handle app versioning, OTA updates, and publishing to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Backend Development

• Develop and maintain backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Integrate with MongoDB / MySQL databases.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and secure API communication.
• Work with third-party services such as payments, notifications, and analytics.

DevOps & Deployment

• Manage deployment pipelines and basic CI/CD workflows.
• Monitor, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Use Git and version control best practices.
• Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)TypeScript, Firebase, AWS, Expo
• Push notifications, deep linking, in-app purchases
• Redux or other state management tools
• Analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring
• Experience publishing apps to Play Store and App Store

This role is best suited for developers with 2+ years of hands-on experience who are comfortable building, shipping, and maintaining production mobile applications.
