Application Engineer

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare techno-commercial proposals based on project specifications and client requirements.
• Perform product selection and solution preparation for HVAC equipment including Cooling Towers, Pumps, Expansion Tanks, and Valves.
• Prepare RFQs, technical compliance statements, and other project documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, and orders using Excel and internal systems.
• Prepare and update MIS reports for management review.
• Coordinate internally with various production plants for order execution and delivery timelines.
• Communicate and follow up with customers to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Support the sales team by organizing schedules, managing documentation, and sharing relevant project updates.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation (MIS).
