Area Sales Executive

About the Role

Daurau Farm Sahi is looking to hire 3 experienced Area Sales Executives to strengthen our on-ground presence across Delhi. We are seeking professionals with prior experience in the milk/dairy industry and strong familiarity with the Delhi market. Candidates must have handled one or more of the following regions: South Delhi, West Delhi, East Delhi, North Delhi, or Central Delhi.

This is a field-intensive role requiring strong execution capabilities and market understanding. The selected candidates will work closely with the Area Sales Manager (ASM) and Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to support market operations, distributor management, and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Assist the ASM and RSM in executing territory sales plans and market expansion initiatives.
• Handle and support distributor operations across assigned regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Ensure product availability and smooth market execution.
• Conduct regular market visits and provide on-ground sales support.
• Monitor distributor performance and ensure market coverage.
• Track competitor activity and provide market insights.
• Support in outlet expansion and execution of company initiatives.
• Maintain daily reporting and sales updates.

Candidate Requirements:-

• Prior experience in the milk/dairy industry is mandatory.
• Must have worked in the Delhi market, specifically in South, West, East, North, or Central Delhi.
• Strong knowledge of local distributors, routes, and market dynamics.
• Experience in distributor handling and field sales execution.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.

Preferred:-

• Existing network within the Delhi dairy ecosystem will be an added advantage.
