Regional Sales Manager

✅ KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
🔹 Experience:
Minimum 5 years in Home Loans, Financial Services, or Channel Sales Management
🔹 Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
(MBA preferred)
🔹 Sales Expertise:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in Home Loan or Financial Products domain
🔹 Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal & written communication for partner and customer engagement
🔹 Product & Process Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Home Loan products, documentation, credit policies & compliance requirements
🔹 Leadership & Execution:
Ability to drive execution, solve problems, and align teams towards business goals
