Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Key Responsibilities: Independently lead and oversee internal investigations, including misconduct, ethics, fraud, and whistleblower complaints Act as advisor to Internal Committees; review inquiry processes and reports for legal robustness Ensure investigations are conducted in compliance with applicable laws, internal policies, and principles of natural justice Coordinate with HR, Compliance, Ethics teams, and external advisors as required Assess investigation findings, identify legal and organizational risks, and recommend appropriate corrective and disciplinary actions Draft and review investigation reports, advisory notes, policy updates, and internal guidance Maintain confidentiality and ensure fair, timely, and defensible investigation outcomes Manage and oversee civil, criminal, regulatory, and employment-related litigation Review inquiry reports, assess legal risk, and recommend corrective and disciplinary actions Draft, review, and vet pleadings, legal notices, investigation reports, and internal advisories Advise business and HR teams on litigation strategy, investigations, and compliance issues Track litigation exposure, ensure timely reporting, and drive resolution strategies Key Requirements: 8+ years of post-qualification experience Hands-on experience with internal inquiries and workplace misconduct matters (preferred) Strong drafting skills, and stakeholder management High ethical standards and discretion
