Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and respond to inquiries/leads generated via India MART and other online platforms.
· Convert inquiries into orders through effective communication and follow-ups.
· Handle B2B sales of stainless-steel spare parts across various industrial sectors.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
· Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
· Maintain records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales using CRM or Excel.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Stay updated with market trends, competitor pricing, and new product opportunities.
