Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare a variety of bakery & pastry items such as breads, cakes, pastries, desserts, and viennoiserie
  • Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
  • Follow standard recipes and maintain quality control
  • Handle daily production planning as per outlet requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards (FSSAI norms)
  • Monitor inventory of raw materials and coordinate with purchase team
  • Minimize wastage and ensure cost control
  • Support in menu development and new product trials
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients
  • Work closely with kitchen team for smooth operations
