Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Delhi (RK Puram)
Job Overview:
We are looking for customer-focused candidates for the role of Customer Service Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions and ensuring account activity and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Graduation mandatory
Experience: 6 months of telecalling/customer service experience preferred; freshers can also apply
Age Limit: Up to 35 years
Good communication and customer handling skills required
Key Responsibilities:
Call customers whose bank accounts are inactive/closed and encourage them to start transactions
Ensure accounts remain active by providing necessary assistance
Connect with customers having dead/inactive accounts and guide them for reactivation
Assist customers with transaction-related issues through the bank application
Resolve customer queries and provide proper support
Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
