Job Description

Role OverviewWe are looking for a result-oriented Branch Sales Manager (BSM) to lead and drive Home Loan sales at the branch level. The role involves managing a sales team, developing business through multiple channels, and ensuring achievement of disbursement targets.

  • Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesDrive Home Loan business through branch sales, DSA/channel partners, and builder relationships.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Executives.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, DSAs, connectors, and customers.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure productivity improvement.
  • Ensure quality sourcing and minimize file rejections through proper screening.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory norms, and documentation standards.
  • Track competition, market trends, and suggest strategies to increase market share.
  • Maintain MIS reports, sales funnel, and pipeline management.
  • Eligibility CriteriaQualification: Graduation / Post Graduation (preferred)
  • Experience: 3–8 years in Home Loan / Mortgage SalesMinimum 1–2 years in team handling / leadership role preferred
  • Skills Required:Strong sales and team management skills
  • Good knowledge of Home Loan products, LAP, and credit process
  • Excellent communication and relationship management
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
