Job Description
Key Responsibilities (Training will be provided)
- Attend and handle client calls professionally.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding their inquiries and applications.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates.
- Assist in preparing, collecting, and organizing required documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client cases.
- Provide timely responses to client queries and concerns.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
