Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to convert leads into clients, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth in the premium home interiors segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and business development targets
- Generate and convert leads through site visits and referrals
- Understand client needs and propose customized solutions
- Build relationships with homeowners, architects, and builders
- Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals
- Maintain CRM and sales reports
- Support marketing campaigns and events
Eligibility & Skills
- 1–3 years experience in sales/business development (interiors/real estate preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and customer-focused mindset
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office
