Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth. The role involves lead generation, market research, and supporting the sales process.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
• Generate leads via cold calling, emails, social media, and field Visit
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update CRM regularly
• Required Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Good research and analytical skills
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
• Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is a plus
