🔹 Job TitleBusiness Development Executive (B2B – Perfume Manufacturing / OEM)
🔹 Role OverviewWe are a Delhi-based perfume manufacturing company specializing in private label and contract manufacturing (OEM).
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can convert qualified leads into paying clients and drive high-value B2B orders.
This is a conversion-focused role, not field sales.
- 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle qualified inbound leads from ads and telecalling team
- Understand client requirements:
- Perfume oil or finished perfume
- Quantity (liters / SKUs)
- Target market (India / export)
- Present structured offerings:
- MOQ-based pricing
- Product options and variations
- Build trust by positioning the company as a manufacturer, not a trader
- Handle objections (pricing, MOQ, comparisons with other suppliers)
- Negotiate and close deals
- Secure advance payments and confirm orders
- Maintain consistent follow-ups until closure
- 🔹 What We ExpectStrong communication and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in B2B sales preferred
- Confidence in handling price-sensitive clients
- Ability to push for higher order value (not small deals)
- Basic understanding of perfumes or willingness to learn quickly
- 🔹 KPIs (Performance Metrics)Conversion rate from qualified leads
- Revenue closed per week/month
- Average order value (focus on larger orders)
- Follow-up consistency

🔹 Important NoteThis role focuses primarily on perfume manufacturing (OEM/private label).
We also support select skincare and personal care manufacturing for existing clients.
