Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

 Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

 Understand client requirements and present suitable company services.

 Schedule meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.

 Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in CRM.

 Coordinate with internal teams for the smooth onboarding of clients.

 Attend networking events and business meetings when required.


Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

 Strong communication and negotiation skills.

 Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Target-oriented and self-motivated.
