(Recruitment Agency) Position: Business Development Officer (BDO) – Recruitment & Corporate Client Acquisition Location: Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi-110009

Experience Required: 1–2 Years Industry: Recruitment / Staffing / Executive Search

Employment Type: Full-Time


Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Development Officer (BDO) for our Recruitment Agency who can generate business from corporates, MNCs, startups, and growing organizations requiring middle-level and senior-level professionals for their workforce. The candidate will be responsible for developing new corporate relationships, acquiring hiring mandates, and expanding recruitment business opportunities by connecting with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, CHROs, Directors, and decision-makers.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients for recruitment services. 

• Generate recruitment mandates for: ✓ Middle Management Hiring 

✓ Senior-Level Hiring 

✓ Leadership Positions

 ✓ Specialized Recruitment Assignments


 • Develop relationships with


✓ HR Heads

 ✓ Talent Acquisition Teams 

✓ Directors

 ✓ Business Owners

 ✓ CXOs Lead Generation & Corporate Networking


• Generate leads through


 ✓ LinkedIn 

✓ Corporate references 

✓ Networking events

 ✓ Email campaigns

 ✓ Cold calling 

✓ Meetings and presentations

 

  • Schedule client meetings and present recruitment services. 
  • Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Achieve monthly business targets.
  • Convert leads into recruitment contracts. 
  • Negotiate recruitment fees and commercial terms
  • Maintain long-term client relationships
  • Market Research
  • Track hiring trends and industry demand
  • Identify sectors with active hiring requirements
  •  Internal Coordination
  • Coordinate with recruitment team for closure of mandates 
  • Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. 


Required Qualification


  • Graduate in Business / Marketing / HR / Management. 
  • MBA (Marketing / HR) preferred but not mandatory. 


Preferred Background:

• Recruitment Agency / Staffing Industry 

• HR Consulting • B2B Sales • Corporate Sales 

• Talent Acquisition Business Development Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in recruitment or staffing sales is preferred.

• Candidate must own a personal conveyance (bike/car) for client visits and business meetings.
