Position: Telesales Manager

🧑🎓 Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
📞 Experience: 1 to 5 years of hardcore tele sales experience
💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience)
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality
- Prior experience in Telesales, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or event-based sectors
- Capable of handling high-volume outbound calling
- Knowledge of lead conversion and CRM follow-ups
Job Role:
- Office-based Telesales work (No field work), Hardcore Sales
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to leads interested in pageants/fashion events
- Explaining event details, eligibility, and guiding them through the registration process
- Maintaining data and call records
- Working closely with the sales and coordination team
