Business Development Executive (BDE)

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities for digital marketing services.
• Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and service consultations.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Follow up with leads and manage the complete sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with the internal marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales within a Digital Marketing Agency is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and other digital marketing services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in generating leads and closing B2B sales.
• Strong client relationship management and account handling skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
