Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive to generate B2B sales through telecalling. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with business owners, understanding their requirements, presenting our digital marketing solutions, and converting leads into clients.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers.
- Introduce Truly Digital’s digital marketing services and packages.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and close sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Update CRM/Excel with daily call reports and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Requirements6 months to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, or Business Development (Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Experience in B2B sales is an added advantage.
