We are looking for a smart, confident, and target-driven Business Development Executive who can generate leads, connect with clients, close deals, and take complete ownership of business growth for our digital marketing agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, social media, references & networking
- Connect with businesses and pitch digital marketing services
- Handle inquiries and convert prospects into clients
- Deal with clients for services like Social Media Marketing, Meta Ads, SEO, Website Development, Branding, etc.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients regularly
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations & onboarding coordination
- Maintain client database and daily sales reports
- Achieve monthly targets and revenue goals
- Build long-term relationships with domestic & international clients
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in Business Development / Sales
- Experience in dealing with Digital Marketing Agency clients
- Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills
- Ability to generate leads and convert sales independently
- Good understanding of digital marketing services
- Confident personality with professional attitude
- Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
- Ability to manage multiple clients smoothly
- Dedicated, responsible & growth-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
Salary Offered
₹15,000/- to ₹30,000/- + INCENTIVES
(Depends on interview, skills & experience)

- Monday to Saturday
- Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
