Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage leads, convert prospects into customers, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and the backend team. The role requires strong communication, follow-up skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and follow up on genuine leads provided by the company.
• Communicate with potential customers, explain services, and convince them to opt for our services.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding service updates.
• Coordinate with the backend team to ensure timely completion of services.
• Follow up with customers until the service is successfully delivered.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain professionalism; no cheating or unethical practices will be tolerated.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (standard working hours)

Targets & Performance Expectations:

• Minimum expected monthly business target: 5,00,000 (for basic salary eligibility).
• The company will provide genuine leads—your role is to convert them.

Incentives & Benefits:

• If the business exceeds 5,00,000, 8% of the net profit will be added as an incentive to the salary package.
