✨ Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Associate to join our growing team. You will work closely with the VP – Customer Success to build a strong B2B sales pipeline, support POC cycles, and drive new business opportunities in enterprise technology solutions.

🔥 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify B2B leads via research & outreach

• Schedule client meetings, demos & POC activities

• Maintain CRM with daily updates and follow-ups

• Prepare proposals, pitch decks & sales materials

• Support pricing, benchmarking & deal negotiations

• Coordinate with internal teams (OEM, Tech, Ops)

• Track agreements (MOUs, NDAs) & follow-ups

• Represent company in client meetings & events

✅ Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing/Commerce)

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word) proficiency

• Ability to multitask & work independently

• High ownership & startup mindset

• B2B / Inside Sales exposure

• Interest in Tech / IoT / OEM products
