Business Development Executive (Female) – B2B Sales

Location: Jasola, New Delhi | Type: Full-Time (Office-Based, No Field Work)

Role Summary:

Hiring a Business Development Executive to manage resellers and contractors, generate leads, and drive B2B sales through inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new contractors and resellers
  • Manage and follow up with existing channel partners
  • Generate and convert leads into business
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and inquiries
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and closures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
  • Background in machinery, electrical, or similar industry preferred
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Female candidates preferred
