Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales or business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Generate leads, follow up, and convert prospects into customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare reports, presentations, and sales forecasts
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B sales
