Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (Field Sales) to generate new business, acquire exhibitors, and build long-term client relationships across Delhi & NCR.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new exhibitor and sponsorship leads.
- Visit clients and conduct business meetings.
- Present exhibition opportunities and close deals.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
- Represent the company at industry meetings and events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of Field Sales/B2B Sales experience (Mandatory)
- Experience in Exhibitions, Events, Advertising, Media, or B2B Sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel across Delhi & NCR.
