Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (Field Sales) to generate new business, acquire exhibitors, and build long-term client relationships across Delhi & NCR.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new exhibitor and sponsorship leads.
  • Visit clients and conduct business meetings.
  • Present exhibition opportunities and close deals.
  • Build strong client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
  • Represent the company at industry meetings and events.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of Field Sales/B2B Sales experience (Mandatory)
  • Experience in Exhibitions, Events, Advertising, Media, or B2B Sales is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to travel across Delhi & NCR.
