Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations including delivery & dispatch
- Supervise delivery boys / field staff and ensure productivity
- Handle attendance, shift planning & rostering
- Oversee inventory / stock management
- Prepare daily reports and update management
- Resolve customer issues and escalations
- Drive performance improvements at the center
- Requirements: Graduate (preferred)
- 2–5 years in operations / logistics / warehouse management
- Strong team handling and problem-solving skills
- Basic Excel and reporting knowledge
- Good communication skills.
