Job Description
We are looking for a Telecalling & Client Support Executive to handle customer communication through calls and WhatsApp. The candidate will be responsible for managing inquiries, sharing product details, and following up with clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
* Handle customer inquiries and explain product details
* Send product information and follow-ups via WhatsApp
* Maintain daily call records and client data
* Coordinate with team for order updates and client requirements
Requirements
* Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
* Basic English speaking and writing skills
* Good communication and confidence in calling
* Comfortable with WhatsApp and basic computer work
* Prior telecalling/customer support experience is a plus
* Fixed salary (as per experience)
* No target
* Additional incentives based on performance
