Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager for our Skin Clinic. The candidate will be responsible for counseling patients, converting leads into customers, and promoting clinic services and treatment packages to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel patients regarding skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments.
Handle inquiries from walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online leads.
Understand patient requirements and recommend suitable treatment plans.
Create, present, and sell customized treatment packages.
Follow up with prospective patients and convert leads into bookings.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain patient records and update CRM systems.
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Build long-term relationships with patients and encourage repeat business.
Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to patients.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Experience in counseling and lead conversion.
Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
Ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
