Job Description
About the RoleWe are looking for confident and result-oriented Collection Callers who can handle customer communication professionally and ensure timely payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, convincing ability, and a positive attitude towards achieving targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments and EMI reminders.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Negotiate and coordinate payment commitments professionally.
- Maintain proper call records and update customer responses in the system.
- Handle customer queries politely and resolve basic concerns.
- Achieve daily calling and collection targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for payment updates and issue resolution.
