Job Description
ob DescriptionWe are hiring motivated and target-oriented Debt Recovery Telecallers to handle collection and recovery calls, follow up with customers for overdue payments, and achieve assigned recovery targets while ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies.
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers regarding overdue payments through outbound calls.
- Follow up on PTP (Promise to Pay) commitments.
- DRA Certified
- Negotiate payment plans and encourage timely repayments.
- Update call remarks and customer responses in the system.
- Maintain professional communication and follow the prescribed Code of Conduct.
- Escalate unresolved cases to the Team Leader when required.
- Meet daily and monthly recovery targets.
- Eligibility Criteria12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and data entry.
- Experience in collections, telecalling, or customer service will be an added advantage.
