Job Description


Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook continental dishes including:
  • Burgers, sandwiches, pasta, basic grills, sauces
  • Prepare basic breads and pizza items, such as:
  • Pizza dough, garlic bread, burger buns (basic knowledge)
  • Pizza assembly, baking, and topping balance
  • Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
  • Handle daily kitchen prep (cutting, dough prep, sauces, mise en place)
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards
  • Follow standard recipes and kitchen SOPs
  • Manage stock usage and reduce wastage
  • Ensure timely order execution, especially during peak hours



Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a continental kitchen
  • Basic knowledge of:
  • Sauces (white sauce, red sauce, basic emulsions)
  • Burgers & sandwiches
  • Pizza making (dough + baking basics)
  • Basic bread preparation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Good hygiene and discipline
  • Team player with willingness to learn
