Sivarsa is expanding, and we’re looking for a passionate and result-driven Non-IT Recruiter with strong expertise in BFSI hiring for Domestic Staffing.

🔍 Role Overview:

If you have hands-on experience in hiring for Banking, Financial Services, and NBFC roles and can manage end-to-end recruitment independently, this opportunity is for you.

📌 Experience: 2–4 Years

💰 Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA + Incentives

📍 Work Setup: Remote

🗓 Working Days: 6 Days a Week

⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles

• Sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and references

• Screening and shortlisting candidates as per requirements

• Coordinating interviews and ensuring timely closures

• Managing multiple open positions simultaneously

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in BFSI / NBFC hiring (mandatory)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Target-driven approach with ownership mindset

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
