We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who understands the fast-paced, ground-driven nature of the FMCG industry someone who can balance structure with speed, and discipline with empathy.

🏢 Industry: FMCG / Consumer Goods
💼 Experience Required: 4–8 years
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment for field sales, operations, and corporate roles
- Build and implement HR systems, policies, and compliance frameworks
- Strengthen employee engagement across on-ground and office teams
- Drive performance management systems (KPI, KRAs, reviews)
- Handle payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance
- Develop a strong company culture aligned with growth and accountability
