Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll along with key HR functions including recruitment and training & development. This role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of payroll compliance and overall HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end payroll processing (salary, deductions, compliance)
* Manage statutory compliances like PF, ESI, TDS, etc.
* Maintain employee records and payroll reports
* Handle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, coordination)
* Manage onboarding and employee documentation
* Plan and execute training & development programs
* Coordinate with departments for manpower planning
* Ensure timely salary disbursement and query resolution
* Support overall HR operations and policies
